Designed a comprehensive solution for the working pet owner. App capabilities included: remote monitoring of pet location and activities. In this project, I was responsible for: user interviews, sketching, POP prototyping, persona creation, competitive analysis, comparative analysis, site mapping, user journeys and user flows.
